The purpose of the Performers Club is to bring together Rossmoor's talented musicians in an environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, rehearsal, and performance. By supporting and showcasing the musical talents of its members, the Club seeks to enrich the cultural life of Rossmoor and create more opportunities for residents to enjoy outstanding music and entertainment.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Performers Club is to foster and support the creation and presentation of music and entertainment in Rossmoor by providing opportunities for rehearsal, collaboration, and performance; supporting professional, semi-professional, and accomplished amateur performers; facilitating access to facilities; encouraging artistic development; and enhancing the cultural and entertainment experiences available to Rossmoor residents.
Objectives
Providing opportunities for musicians to meet, collaborate, rehearse, and perform.
Supporting professional, semi-professional, and accomplished amateur performers.
Encouraging the formation and development of performing groups and collaborative musical projects.
Maintaining resources that help musicians connect with one another, including musician profiles, communication tools, and other services approved by the Board.
Promoting the presentation of high-quality music and entertainment for Rossmoor residents.
Encouraging artistic growth, creativity, and lifelong musical participation.
Working cooperatively with Rossmoor organizations and other clubs to enhance cultural and entertainment opportunities.
Providing information and support to help members identify performance opportunities, collaborators, and available resources.
Conducting activities consistent with the Club's mission and the policies of Rossmoor.
